Keep Track of Your Intentions

in

If you have bad intentions, it’s a sign you’re filled with greed, envy, or unhappiness.

Occasionally you’ll feel bad-tempered, and grit your teeth, but as you continue to learn and grow you’ll see a light at the end of the tunnel.

When you put down your intentions on paper, it helps you to discover yourself.

Many individuals don’t like to write but if you keep a journal you are able to look back later to see your growth over time.

It only takes a couple of minutes daily to jot down your feelings, thoughts, ideas etc.

There are many ways to learn and change your life into what you want it to be.
