Let Go of Resentment

You need a 7 Day BrainwashIf you resent others for having the things you want in your life, you won’t attract them, as resentment is a lack-based emotion which will be vibrating at a much lower frequency than your desires. You may have seen people with large houses and driving fancy cars, and thought to yourself It’s not fair! They have all that when I have nothing!’

Unfortunately by thinking this way, you are coming from a lack-based mindset and instead of attracting the means of purchasing a similar house or car, you are pushing it away.

If you see someone with something you would love to manifest into your own life, don’t feel envious because they have it and you don’t. Instead, smile and think that they obviously deserve to have it in their lives, and will be getting a lot of pleasure from it. Remind yourself that there is more than enough of everything to go around, and that just because they have one, it doesn’t mean that there isn’t any left for you. Just remind yourself that yours is on its way to you, and feel appreciation for it.

Here’s an example to illustrate what I mean. Suppose you saw someone drive past in the exact make and model of the car you want to own- same color, same alloy wheels, everything. If you don’t yet have the same car, you may be tempted to feel a little jealous- Look at him, showing off- I want that car, why should he have it and I don’t- It’s not fair!’

Now, imagine that you have placed an order and paid for that very same make, model and color car and it is being delivered to you in three days time. You wouldn’t feel jealous then, would you? There would be no need- yours is on its way! Seeing your dream car drive past would make you feel excited, as it would remind you of the joys to come when yours is delivered. You would probably feel a little jumpy feeling in your tummy and may even be tempted to give the driver a little wave and a smile!

Do you see the difference?
